What Types of Payments are Accepted?

I currently accept payments made only with Paypal. (Including credit card, PayPal balance transfers and bank account transfers)

Can I Custom Order Bows, Klips, Barrettes, or Headbands?

Yes I take custom orders! Soon I will have a custom order form for customer convenience. I will also be adding a tab with ribbon options to make it easier in placing custom orders. In the meantime visit our Facebook page where these photos are already published for your convenience.

Will my item be exactly as displayed?

I strive to make each accessory as beautiful and perfect as the last. However, colors and/or embellishments may not be available or could be discontinued. In this event I will make sure the item looks absolutely fabulous with an alternative color, style or embellishment

Are your ribbons heat sealed?

Yes! All of the ribbons that are used are heat sealed to prevent fraying and to promote longevity of the accessory.

Returns, Refunds, Exchange Policy

I am very cautious when handling and packaging all of my products. I want you to receive them in the same condition that I would expect them to come in.

All sales are final, however, I do want you to be satisfied with your order. Please make sure that you read everything in the listing before you purchase. What is a Klip?

I use what is called a double prong alligator clip, I line each one myself with quality grosgrain ribbon that is heat sealed to prevent fraying. Each klip is fully lined to reduce chances of hair getting caught and pulled in the spring.

What is a Pinch Barrette?

This is commonly refereed to as a French Pinch Barrette I call it just a plain old pinch barrette. I try to use these for the bigger more complicated bows but some of them are very simple and basic as well. I also try to have varying sizes in stock so if there is a type of bow you see and would like it in a smaller or larger size just drop a line and I will see what I can do.
